Going full CC is pretty hard on this one because the 2 Rotos will get cleansed on every turn and nuking them down will only cause Siphi to revive them again with full turn meter. Inquisitor Shamael and Kymar to quickly nuke the 2 Rotos and Basher to quickly increase the cooldowns on the Siphi's by 4 turns (thanks to Kymar aswel).
