Clan boss will eventually kill everyone else on your team and then stun Paragon so he can’t apply the buff. In order to keep the unkillable buff up even with the stun you need two turns for every one turn that Clan Boss gets. I don’t think that’s possible without other champs applying speed buffs and turn meter boosts.

You can either put your entire team in lifesteal gear. Lifesteal gear is really effective in the clan boss, or the replacement of lifesteal gear is the leech debuff or you can have somebody as a healer. All three of those things are really effective.
