As in right now, in the curreent patch, yes, Yone is better than Yasuo because both laning phases require the same macro level, but Yones is much better because his trades are easier to pull off at a consistent level, unlike Yasuo. Example of this, trading in lane as Yone doesnt require you to push it.It will take a good amount of games to play him competently and a ton more to master him.
