Playing bruiser Kha'Zix is a little different then how he was designed to be played. Normally, as an assassin, Kha'zix is supposed to jump into a team fight and finish off any enemies on low health. A Bruiser, on the other hand, is played by rushing into a fight and dealing as much damage as possible.

Assassin kha is honestly not in a great state rn and I would only play the bruiser style with maybe a youmuus or duskblade when I can snowball early on. Bruiser kha has better scaling than most junglers and assassin but at 6 items most mid laners and as carries will still outscale you.What needs to be understood is manamune is not a good burst/assassin item its much better as a sustained dmg/poke item. Divine Sunderer does not proc on Kha’s Q. If you want a more bruiser playstyle in the current patch, your best bet is conqueror with eclipse and black cleaver + situationals. He means that low cooldown Q lets him Q+aa to proc it. Eclipse into Black Cleaver into Frozen Heart or DD with Conquerer. At least for me, I use it for bruiser kha.
