If you are talking about Eonar, it's 100% soloable. The whole raid is soloable. Depending on the spec you are playing, I think one of the most difficult/tricky raid boss is the fallen avatar of Tomb of Sargeras because you need enough mobility and dps to down the boss before all the platforms disappear (but I guess it should be way easier with DF now).
